What if by focusing on yourself, you could be more impactful for others?

Today’s world needs changemakers to be operating at their full capacity.

And yet, passionate changemakers consistently limit their ability to be impactful. Driven by their mission, a focus on serving others, or perhaps a sense of existential urgency, they often neglect one of the most important resources available to them: themselves. In doing so, they limit what they’re able to offer — and often find their work difficult or impossible to sustain.

It doesn’t have to be this way. We believe in a paradigm that’s growing in momentum, backed by research and an increasing body of examples: it’s only when we truly turn our focus inward that we begin to unlock the capacity to make the outward impact we seek.

We help changemakers to be more impactful and more joyful along the way, starting with a focus on themselves.

We coach individuals, groups, and organizations. Through our work together, we help changemakers gain a deeper understanding of who they are and what they want, and turn this knowledge into intentional choices and actions.

In connecting more deeply to themselves, they’re more able to connect with others — and find the way forward in their important work. This opens up their capacity to make change happen in a way that fuels them, rather than depleting them.

“The perspective that the work brings is invaluable. I can’t stop applying it. Without it, I would have listened to the voices in my head that were limiting me. You helped me whisper them away.”

— Business leader, intrapreneur, husband, son, chef

We’re in this together.

As changemakers ourselves, and in working with others from around the world, we deeply understand the highs and lows of this work. We share a sense of urgency to tackle today’s global challenges, and we believe there’s another way to operate to make longstanding, meaningful change a reality.

Creating the space for others to explore, and sharing some of our knowledge and tools along the way, is our way of contributing to a better world.

“Our work and time together was essential to my life. It courses through my very being. I can now stand up in front of 500 people with poise and grace.”

— Activist, Board President, artist, wife, mother, grandmother
